Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed with GoodRxMed, you will receive an email confirmation. We believe in clear and timely communication—our team will follow up within 24 hours if there are any concerns related to order fulfillment or payment processing.
Shipping Confirmation
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day. If tracking is available for your shipment, a confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent once your package is dispatched. This will include estimated delivery timelines and contact information in case you need assistance.
We can deliver your medications to your home or office—whichever is most convenient for you. Our preferred shipping method is registered airmail, which offers better security and requires a signature upon delivery. The standard cost is $12. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left by the postal service with instructions for pickup. Your local post office will hold the package for up to 4 weeks before returning it to us.
PO Boxes & APO Addresses
Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO addresses are possible, provided your selected shipping method supports them. To use this option, make sure your Primary Shipping Address in your GoodRxMed account reflects the correct PO Box or APO information.
Customs & Import Regulations
Since we operate offshore from India, your order is considered an import by your country’s customs authority. Occasionally, customs may delay the delivery by holding the package for additional checks—this can range from a few days up to 3 weeks. We advise placing orders in advance to minimize potential inconvenience due to customs delays.
Delivery Timelines
While most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours, actual delivery depends on your local postal or courier service. Customs inspections or import duty assessments may further delay delivery by 3–21 days. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, we kindly ask you to wait an additional 7 days before contacting us. This allows for potential postal or customs-related delays.
Lost Packages & Reshipment Policy
In rare cases, an order may be lost in transit. If this happens, we offer a free reshipment or a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- You notify us within 8 weeks of the original shipping date.
- At least 7 days have passed beyond the normal delivery period.
- The shipping address you provided is accurate and complete.
If the address was incorrect, a replacement order can be issued at your expense. Should the original package eventually be returned to us, we’ll notify you and proceed with a refund, minus any return postage not covered by us.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters. If you didn’t receive your order, or if it arrives damaged, we will either issue a full refundor reship the product—based on your preference.
Please note:
- Wait at least 30 days from the dispatch date before submitting a refund or reshipment request.
- If your package has not arrived and there is no update showing it was delivered or returned, please open a support ticket through our refund portal.
To qualify for a refund on returned items, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The item should have an expiration date of at least 3 months from the return request date.
